Q:  What is your typical process for working with a new client?

A: We like to get to know our clients in the months before their wedding by setting up either an in-person meeting or quick phone chat. This way, we can get acquainted before your wedding date and learn more about your vision for your wedding videography.

Q:   How do we officially book you?

A:   When you're ready to book just say the word! Once you have selected your desired package, we will email you our contract and invoice. Everything is official once you've had a chance to look over the contract, sign it and make your deposit.

Q:  How do the payments work?

A:  We require a 50% deposit that is due within 7 days of signing our contract. The second half of payment is due by the wedding date. We are happy to set up payment plans upon request.

Q:   Will you pose or direct us? Are you more documentary style?

A:   We'll do a mixture of both - although we will never pose you or have you hold a pose - it doesn't translate well on video! For most parts of the day, we take a documentary approach - everything is 100% candid and unplanned. However, there are parts of the day where we will be very intentional with every detail of the shot, such as the composition, lighting and directing your movement. By combining both of these styles, we are able to create a dynamic film.

Q:   Should I add a second shooter?

A:   If your wedding guest list exceeds 100 people/ you and your partner are getting ready at different locations/ you have a large ceremony site, we suggest adding on a second shooter to your package.

Q:   When will we receive our final wedding video?

A:   Our editing turn-over during peak wedding season is 2-3 months from your wedding date. We will deliver your final video via online download or you can choose to add-on a wedding film flash-drive.
